Return & Refund Policy

Returnable Items

You may return new, unused items sold and fulfilled by Drinique within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks; however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), our processing time once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your financial institution to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you about your refund, via e-mail, after receiving and processing the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Drinique does not permit the return of or offer refunds for any CUSTOMIZED ITEMS (i.e., items that have been engraved or printed on).

Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item and want to return it or exchange it for the same item, please e-mail info@shopdrinique.com to receive your return authorization information and instructions on how to mail the damaged or defective product.

A replacement for the damaged or defective item will be sent to you within 3-5 business days after Drinique receives the original item from you.

NOTE: Drinique recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Drinique or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Other Terms and Conditions

Drinique is not responsible for typographical errors. Drinique reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on the Drinique online store concerning the pricing or availability of any item when you placed the order.

Drinique reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale on the ShopDrinique online store at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, all sales on the ShopDrinique online store are governed by Arizona law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
