You may return new, unused products sold and fulfilled by Drinique, LLC with a receipt or packing slip within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the sale price and tax. The cost of shipping is not refundable. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Under no circumstances will a refund or credit be given if the items are used, washed, damaged, or without original packaging.
Once returned items are received by Drinique, LLC. and inspected, you can expect to receive the refund back on the original form of payment within 14 business days.
Please note that should an item on a “free delivery” order be returned or exchanged, the initial waived delivery charge and any subsequent delivery charges will be applied. The only exception is a packing error.

Drinique does not permit the return of or offer refunds for any CUSTOMIZED ITEMS (i.e., items that have been engraved or printed on).
Drinique prides itself on quality control and does best to check all products to the best of our ability before they are sent out. If you feel you received a defective item please e-mail us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your purchase details.
NOTE: Drinique recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Drinique or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
